Principle Duties and Responsibilities

Build Relationships with students, families, staff, and the HN Community.
Collaborate with all.
Spread Positivity and Show God's Love, Kindness, and Excellence
Create and implement engaging hands on lesson plans to teach students.
Implement Large Group Instruction and Small Groups in Math daily to provide differentiated instruction by meeting students needs highlighted in data.
Assess and Progress monitor students to evaluate their abilities, strengths, and opportunities.
Set academic goals Implement High Yield Instructional Strategies through the support of the Dean of STEM.
Grade students' assignments and exams and provide timely and specific feedback.
Communicate with parents or guardians about their child's progress frequently and enlist their partnership.
