Principle Duties and Responsibilities

The administrative assistant is the first voice/face anyone encounters. This person needs to be pleasant and patient as prospective families, parents, administration, teachers, and students all will need guidance and/or assistance on a day to day basis. This position requires outstanding organizational skills. Flexibility and prioritizing skills are key for this role as the sequence of tasks may change from day to day.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Will maintain the highest level of confidentiality regarding students, families, faculty, staff and other stakeholders with a degree of professionalism and confidentiality
• A High School Diploma required
• Previous experience working in an office/school setting is preferred
•Strong technology skills necessary
• Demonstrate proficiency of the English language to read and communicate with others
• Ability to multitask
• Demonstrate proficiency in the ability to take initiative and work independently
• Excellent organizational skills

Education and Experience
A minimum of a high school diploma is required. Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred.
