Principal Duties and Responsibilities

IS THE LORD CALLING YOU...We have a wonderful community strong Catholics who have been energized to move towards the BIG goal of forming Missionary Parishes...The fire is lit.
--Direct Campus Ministry at Cedar Catholic High School (Half-time): Retreats, Discipleship Groups, Faith Formation of Students: Long range--how to let the school's Catholicity spill over into the family
--Evangelization efforts in our new Parish Family...facilitate the creation of more and more faith sharing groups, help with Discipleship Formation, School of Mission.

Requirements

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Enthusiasm for the Faith
Ability to help Adults be successful in leading small groups
Love of HS youth
Organizational skills
Self-motivated

Education and Experience
At least a BA in Theology or Catechesis or Religious Ed. or similar experience....Open to discussion on this point
