Reports to: Principal Gary Davis and Lunch Director Mary Jo Kocol

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Lunch staff supervision, coordination of lunch procedures, menu preparation, ordering, and Nutrition Service Compliance, food program reports that are completed daily, monthly and yearly are included in the tasks of this job.

Requirements

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Work well with staff and students. Lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally and up to 10 pounds frequently.
Stand, walk, use hands, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, or couch.

Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent is required with some college or post high school training preferred. Some food service experience needed. Serve Safe Certification is a plus.
