Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible for planning, assessment and implementation of instruction in the approved District curriculum for the assigned content area.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.
Ability communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
Ability to gather data, compile information, and use these to drive instruction.
Ability to plan and implement additional programs and family nights.
Ability to evaluate and implement curriculum, assessment, and high yield evidence based instructional strategies.
Knowledge of learning theory and methodologies.

Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education
Valid Nebraska Teacher Certificate
