Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Creating and implementing lesson plans in reading, writing, mathematics, science and social scienceManaging a single classroom and establishing a set of rules
Grading homework, tests and assignments and assessing student performance
Communicating with parents and colleagues
Preparing students for standardized tests
Monitoring and nurturing student behavior and learning
Working with other teachers to do school plays and other projects together
