Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Coordinate volunteers from area high schools and colleges to provide enrichment activities for students PreK-8 after school. The director will remain on site while students are present- 2:30-5:50 daily

Requirements

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Communication- able to communicate with parents and various community members with clarity and integrity
Organization- able to track attendance of students and volunteers; able to track schedules of volunteers
Interpersonal Skills- enjoys children in various activities, including structured and unstructured times.

Education and Experience
High School Diploma required
Some college experience preferred
Prior work with children preferred
Spanish preferred
