Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Assist the 1st grade teacher with classroom and other duties.

Recognize and be a Catholic role model for the students
Para will performed duties asked by the teacher
May include - small group instruction, student supervision, one on one instruction, cleaning, supervising lunch and recess, walking students to classes/specials/extended care.
Para will follow daily instructions from the teacher and assist as required

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Christian role model
High level of professionalism
High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
Working understanding of the Catholic Church
Positive and welcoming attitude
Self-motivated, a willingness to learn new systems and adapt to procedural changes
Able to follow directions

Education and Experience
One year related work experience, a high school diploma or equivalent degree
Safe Environment certification required
