Principal Duties and Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for educating young learners in accordance with standards and school goals, communicating with parents, administration, and other colleagues. Classroom teachers are responsible for classroom management that is effective and compassionate. The candidate will implement content curriculum and collaborate often with other staff members to ensure alignment and address student concerns and needs. St. Stephen the Martyr school is a faith-filled environment that emphasizes the importance of building and maintaining a positive culture.

Requirements

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Licensed and Certified in the state of Nebraska for elementary instruction or in the process of cerification

Education and Experience
Safe Environment trained and certified
