Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Holy Cross Catholic School in Omaha, NE is looking for an engaging, faith filled educator to join our team as a Middle School Math Teacher, Grades 5-8. Qualified applicants will demonstrate strong classroom management, collaborate with administration and other teachers to further implement our Into Math, Carnegie, and Arupe Math Curriculums, and will successfully integrate technology into the curriculum.

Requirements

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Understands spiritual, academic, and social-emotional norms for students in grades 5-8
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with parents, coworkers, students, and administration
- Possess a positive attitude and strengths-based approach to problem solving
- Enjoy sharing faith and building community with middle schoolers and the entirety of the Holy Cross and Omaha Catholic School Consortium Community

Education and Experience
Candidates will hold (or be able to acquire) a valid NE teaching certificate
Must pass a background check and complete Safe Environment training.
