Principal Duties and Responsibilities

The St. Pius X / St. Leo school community is currently accepting applications to teach in elementary grades. The position will require that the teacher is responsible for planning, assessment and implementation of their grade level curriculum and standards as well as working strategically with our current team of grade level, specials and resource teachers and paraprofessionals.

Requirements

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Valid NE teaching certificate. Applicants must be knowledgeable in elementary education, Catholic faith preferred, classroom management, parent communication, etc. They must be able to manage all the duties associated with an elementary/intermediate classroom.

Education and Experience
Qualified applicants will hold a current Nebraska teaching certificate with endorsement areas including K-6 Elementary, self-contained classroom. Experience incorporating technology into the classroom and background in guided reading is preferred. Must be a practicing Catholic
