Principal Duties and Responsibilities

St. Columbkille Catholic School is seeking a part time 5th-8th grade Spanish teacher to join our staff starting in the Fall of 2021. Interested applicants will be enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and prepared to help our students grow in spirit, mind, and body as Disciples of Christ. Some prior teaching experience is valued but not required.

Requirements

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Applicants must be:
-certified to teach Spanish
-knowledgeable about intermediate and middle school students, and
-effective in classroom management.

An understanding of technology including Google Classroom and Chromebooks is helpful.

Education and Experience
Qualified applicants will hold or be able to obtain a valid Nebraska Teaching Certificate and will preferably be a practicing Catholic. Applicants must also pass a background check and complete the Archdiocese Safe Environment Training.
