Reports to: Cat Flores

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

This position follows the academic calendar (August - May)
Monday - Friday 3:00pm-6:00pm, 2-5 half days may be needed (12pm - 5:30pm)
Provide direct care and supervision to children K-8th grade.
Implement and supervise engaging activities and provide positive guidance when needed.

Requirements

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience working with children in a school/childcare setting.
Compassionate, caring, respectful, and responsible.
Must have a great level of patience and compassion for children ages 5-13
Must have good communication skills to be able to interact with children and parents.

Education and Experience
A high school diploma or associates in early childhood/education is preferred.
Childcare experience: 1 year
CPR Certification preferred
Child Development Associate Certification is preferred
Excellent child supervision skills
