End Of School Close Out - Renaissance Learning
End of Year Reports must be downloaded by June 30th
Administrator Reports
1. Run Consolidated Summary Report
2. Run Star State Standard Mastery-District/School Report
3. Run Student Growth Proficiency Charts
4. Run any reports needed for your school improvement plan/Blue Ribbon accreditation.
5. Run any additional individual reports that you may need for a student IEP or Accommodations.
Graduating Students
1. Run the Star Annual Progress Report and place it in the student file.
2. Contact Sara if a student from your building is moving to a high school that uses STAR testing. She will transfer the student.
3. Remove any student not going to a high school that uses Star.
Transferring Students
1. Run the Star Annual Progress Report and place it in the student file.
2. Contact Sara if a student from your building is moving to another Archdiocesan school, and they will transfer the student.
Teacher Leaving School
1. Delete any teacher who is not moving to another Archdiocesan school. If the teacher is moving to another Archdiocesan school, contact Sara, and she will assign the teacher to the new school.
